Where BTR is Booming and Where It’s Just Getting Started

Everyone’s chasing the Top 5. We’re building where the spotlight hasn’t hit. Yet.

Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Charlotte.

Those are the metros topping the charts in the latest BTR boom.

And yet… you won’t find Lafayette, Louisiana on that list.

That’s exactly why we’re here.

In markets like Broussard and Youngsville, the fundamentals are flashing green:

✅Explosive job growth.
✅New retail like Topgolf, Whole Foods, and Costco.
✅Undersupplied housing and 18-month lease-up timelines that leave plenty of room for yield.

But what we don’t have yet is institutional oversaturation. That’s the real edge!

Yardi Matrix doesn’t track us yet. No national REITs competing for land. No private equity crowding us out.

We’re building the first BTR community of scale in this corridor and doing it with fiber internet, sports complexes, and real local roots.

By the time Lafayette makes the national graphic, the early returns will already be compounding.

Invest where the charts are headed. Not where everyone already is.
